Weight Goals

*Lose 10% of my WW start weight (188 lbs) ddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd Motivation: Massage (By July 31, 2008)

*Go from obese to just over weight according to my BMI (169 lbs) bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb Motivation: Mini vacation with the boyfriend.

*Lose my six month goal of 40 lbs (160 lbs) Motivation: Two days off of work (By December 31, 2008)
*Make it to the half way point between Overweight and normal weight (150 lbs) bbbbbb Motivation: Massage

*Reach my Goal Weight! I’ll go from over weight to normal according to my BMI (140 lbs) Motivation: $200 Clothes Shopping Spree AND acrylic nails! (I’ve never had them before!)

Non Scale Victories

*Fit into size large shirts

*Fit into size 12 pants

Fitness Goal

*Work out 100 times before December 31, 2008.

*Do enough cardio to get my resting heart rate down to 65 beats per minute

*To go from a beginner weight lifter to an intermediate (3 months regular lifting)

*Make it to a BMI of 24.9
